MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 14, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Pyes (4) Scalze, Forsberg, Nardini, Flanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 400. <br />Land Filling Mr. Forsberg asked if there was something in the City Code that regulates <br />when there is being filling done w9th somethin~ other than clean fill. <br />Forsberg stated that down on Owasso there is fi~l.ing being done above the <br />road with fly ash.
