MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 2B, 1981 <br />The Attorney stated that the prob1em arises that the personnel from MGM <br />have not had to go through an investigation that accompanies a liquor <br />license transfer or issuance. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that managers of other liquor stores are not <br />investigated, only the owners. <br />Mrs. Nardini commented that someone asked her if it was O.K. to se11 <br />1iquor to MGM when they are not holding the license. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that the Liquor Commission was investigating this and <br />the City should wait for their report. <br />Conditional Mr. Fahey asked the Attorney if he had a draft of the revision to the <br />Use Permit conditional use permit section of the ordinance. Fahey stated that he <br />Ordinance would like to move on this so that problems do not arise with others <br />who may apply for permits. <br />The Attorney stated that he would have this ready f~r the next meeting. <br />Stenger- Mr. Forsberg reported that the curb is in on the Stenger property. <br />Costa <br />Matter <br />North Star The Attorney reported that he has a response to his 1etter to Mr. Husnick <br />Trailer regarding the additional entrance at the North Star Estates trailer park. <br />Court Mr. Husnick has informed the Attorney that he must legally give a person <br />Additional 90 days notice before he can dispossess them. Mr. Husnick has sent a <br />Entrance letter to the person whose trailer is in the location where the additional <br /> entrance will be. In the letter Husnick informed her that if and when a <br /> trailer home is moved he will relocate her to that spot. The Attorney raised <br /> the question of how long it would take for a trailer to be moved and a spot <br /> vacated to move this trailer into. <br /> Mr. Forsberg commented that there are presently a lot of vacant trailers <br /> in ~he park. <br /> Mr. Fahey commented that there may never be a vacant lot and Mr. Husnick <br /> will have to make a vacancy. <br /> The Attorney stated that Mr. Husn~ck can evict anyone without cause by <br /> giving them 90 days notice. <br /> Mr. Forsberg commented that Mr. Fiusnick has used the spot that the City <br /> designated for a road for a long time. <br /> Mrs. Nardini stated that the City should instruct Mr, hlusnick accordingly <br /> and give h~m a time limit. <br /> The Attorney also commented that Mr. Husnick woutd like the City to pay <br /> for the culvert that would be necessary. Mr. Forsberg stated that Mr. <br /> Fiusnick should pay for this culvert. <br /> Page -15- <br />
