MINUTES
City Council
October 28, 1981
The Attorney commented that the City gave Mr. Husnick 60 days to get
the trailer moved. This time limit will have to be extended to 90 days
so that the City does not force Mr. Flusnick to break the law.
The City Engineer commented that Mr. Husnick should have to pay for
the culvert.
Mr. Fahey stated that the City should compel Mr. Husnick to move the
trailer, or Mr. Husnick will keep writing the City letters and nothing
will get done.
The City Clerk suggested that the Council call for an improvement
hearing on putting the road in and assess the costs back against Mr.
Husnick.
The Attorney stated that the City will have to make sure the trailer
owner gets 90 days notice as soon as possible. The road could probably
be put in next March or April.
Mr. Fahey stated ths~t the City should notify Husnick of the improvement
hearing so he can take immediate steps to give the trai7er owner notice.
Mrs. Nardini suggested that the Attorney inform Mr. Flusnick immediately.
Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-638 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORN[Y
TO INITIATE WHATE~ER LEGAL FlCTION NECESSARY TO INFORM MR.
HUSNICK THAT HE MUST RELOCATE TFIE TRAILERHOME IN THE AREA
THAT THE CTTY WANTS AS ADDITIONAL ENTRANCE TO TNE TRAILER
PARK AND FURTHER INFORMING MR.
