MINUTES <br />City Co~m cil <br />October 28, 1981 <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTTON N0. 81-10-623 - APPROVING TNE MINUTES OF TFIE <br />OCTOBER ~ 981 COUNCIL MEETING WITH THE OUTLINED AMENDMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />qyes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 405. <br />Mrs. Scalze indicated that the minutes ofi October 14 should be amended <br />so that it reflects on page 28 that Mr. Morelan obtained a bid on the <br />moving of the electrical box at the skating rink, not Mrs. Scalze. <br />Mrs. Nardini indicated that the following amendments should be made to <br />the October 14 minutes: <br />Page 8- Under the topic dealing with the appeal made by <br />Becker's Outlet the following statement should be <br />added, "and that the conditional use request was <br />made as one on the basis of two businesses". <br />Page 17 - Under the section deating with planning grants it <br />shou1d reflect that Mrs. Nardini received a call <br />from Johanna Gallagher and Mrs. Gallagher commented <br />that she had been informed there had been a possibility <br />of senior citizen housing and wanted to know if the <br />Council was serious about senior housing. <br />Page lII - In the section dealing with P1ary House Mrs. Nardini <br />questioned the payment of taxes, not Mrs. Scalze. <br />Page 19 - In the noisy party matter, the information that this <br />is not the first time the police were called to this <br />residence was obtained from Captain Spencer. <br />Page 22 - The following statement should be added to paragraph 4, <br />"As Mr. Nie7son was leaving the meet~ng,". <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-624 - APPROVING TFIE MINUTES OF TNE <br />OCTOf3ER 14, 1981 COUNCIL MEETING WITH THL OUTLINED <br />AMENDMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (4) Nardini, Forsberg, Hanson, Sca1ze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Mr. Fahey abstained. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 405 and 406. <br />Page -2- <br />
