KELBE DIFS, IS PERMANENTLY A RE.SIQENT IN A NURSING HOME OR OTHERWISE CEASES TO BE A PERMANEN7 RESIDENT OF LITTLE CANADFl AND AT THAT TTME MR. KELBF LITHER REMOVE THE COTT~GE WITHIN A REASONFlBLE PERIOD OF TIME NQT TO EXCEED SIX MONTHS OR SUBDIVIDE THE PROPERTY THE COTTAGE IS BUILT ON AND REPOSITION THE COTTAGE ON THE SUBDIVIDED LOT SO THAT IT COPfFORMS WITFI TFIE CITY'S ORDINANCE EXISTING FlT THFl1' TIMF AND IF MR. KELBE fATLS TO DO EITHER OF THESE THINGS, THE CITY MAY REMOVE THE COTTAGE AND ASSESS FlNY COST OF ~OING SO AGAINST THE PROPERTY The foregoing resolution was du1y seconded by Mrs. Scalze. qyes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, hardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 433. McDonald's The City Planner reported that McDonald's has complied with a11 requests Matter of the City. The Planner stated that he will send a letter to McDonald's thanking them for their cooperation. St. Jude's The Planner reported that he has reviewed the St. Jude's PUD Agreement PUD and has discussed it with the Attorney an~ it appears to be in order and ade- quate for the City. The Attorney stated that the only thing the City needs is a site plan showing the 100 foot buffer zone. S~. Jude's is doing this and the City should have the site plan shortly. The Flttorney stated that the agreement is ready for signing by the Mayor and the City Clerk. St. Jude's has already signed the agreement. The Attorney a1so reported that St. Mrs. Scalze presented the check for Clerk. Jude's has paid their park charge. St. Jude's park charge to the City Mrs. Nardini introduced the following reso1ution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 81-11-666 - APPROVING THE ST, JUDE'S PUD AGREEMENT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Hanson, qyes (4) Nardini, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze.
