MINU7ES <br />City Counc9l <br />December 9, 1981 <br />that they cou7d not install the fence until Spring. The bids are as <br />follows: Metropolitan Fence -$588.00; Flble Fence -~777.50; Sterling <br />Fence - $1,290.00. <br />Council suggested that the City contact Metropolitan Fence again and <br />see if they would install the fence in the next two weeks. If not, <br />the quote should be awarded to Flble Fence as the fence was part of the <br />purchase agreement between the City and Mary House and should be <br />installed as soon as possible. <br />Mrs. Scalze informed the Council that Able Fence may have to increase <br />the bid if there is frost in the ground. Mr. Morelan thought it might <br />cost an additional $100 if there is frost. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following reso1ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIQN N0. 81-12-689 - DECLARIPIG THFlT METROPOLITAP! <br />FENCE QE CONTFlCTED WITH REGARD TO THEIR LOW BID IPI THE <br />FlMOUNT OF $588 FOR THE FENCE AT THE SKATING RINK FlND IF <br />TFIEY CANNOT INSTALL THE FENCE WITHIN THE NEXT TNIO k~EEKS, <br />THEN THE CITY HEREBY AWARDS THF BID OF ABLE FENCE IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $777.50 <br />7he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Scalze, Forsberg, Fahey, Hanson, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Eook No. 7, Pages 470 and 471. <br />Travel The City Clerk reported that the auditor should be in the ofPice at <br />Time the end of the month and he H!ill discuss the subject of travel time <br />payments with him. <br />Conditional The Flttorney submitted to the Council for their review an ordinance <br />Use Permit clarifying the City's present section of the ordinance dealing with <br />Ordinance conditional use permits. <br />The City Clerk stated that a publ~c hearing would h~ve ~o be called <br />on this matter before Council could take action. Flny amendment to <br />the City's zoning ordinance requires a public hearing. <br />It was the concensus of the Council to tab7e action on this ordinance <br />revision unti1 the Gagne matter is resolved. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following reso1ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-12-690 - TABLIN~ FlC7I0~1 ON THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ORQINANCE REVISION PENDING THE CONCLUSION OF THE <br />GAGNE MFlTTER <br />7he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Forsberg, Fahey, Nardini, Scalze, Hanson. <br />~layes (0).
