NLINUTES City Council December 9~ lytil Maplewood Mrs. Nardini reported that two people have called who live in the Sewer area where Maplewood wants to connect to Little Canada sewer. Connection These people stated that the contractor removed the ditch in the area and now all meltings and water go into the street and £reeze, Niayor Hanson commented that this was a County probl,em. Uuardrails Nlr. Forsberg reported that the City received a letter from the County on the requests that the City had for guardrails. The County is recommending that delineator posts be instal7.ed in these locations, ivir. Forsberg stated that he would have Roger Glanzer contact the County on this. Auto Hepair Nlr. Forsberg reported that Rachard i~iilota of Wrecks to Wonders has License applied for an auto repair izcense to do auto repair at 3152 Country ~~Wrecks To Drive. Mr. Forsberg stated that he spoke to Mr. Milota and there Wonders~~ would be no spray painting done on the premises. I'orsberg also stated that the building does have 5/8 inch £ireproof sheetrock on the wa11s. tdr. Forsberg introduced the £ollowing resolution and moved its adoption: NESOLUTION N0. 81-12-691~ - AYPROVING THE AUTO REPAIR liICENSE FOR ~~WRECKS TO WONDERS~~ SU&TECT TO THE R:EINSPECTION AND APYROVAL OF"PHE FIRE MARSHALL 'Phe £oregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. Ayes (5) Forsberg~ Hanson, Nardini~ Fahey~ Scalze. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution I3ook No. 7, Yage 1t73. Weber '~'he City Clerk stated that in 1968 or 1969 the Weber assessment~ along Deferred with sorne others~ was deferred because the property was a pond. The Assessment Clerk reported that most of these deferrments are now levied, The Clerk stated that in 1969 the policy was that the assessment would remain de£erred until the property was connected to the improvernent. The Clerk stated that the City4s present policy has been to look at what benefit the property gets £rom the improvement. The Clerk recommended that the Weber assessment continuedto be deferred. Nr.
