The l:ngineer stated that the City aan <br />hold the assessment hearing bei'ore the work a.s begun, <br />Mr. Ryan informed the Counci.l that he w3.11 not be able to work on <br />a part of his road until Metro Sewer £inishes their work in that area, <br />Mx. F'ahey stated that this cou].d be worked out rra,th the C~.ty Attorney, <br />Mrs. Scalze asked the City~s policy for assessing roads.
