~~iltvu~Ls <br />City Council <br />April ]Lt, 1982 <br />North Star Mr. Foxsberg commented that he was not prepared to pay for a.ny pipe <br />Estates for the trai],er park, Mr. Fahey added that he was not prepared to <br />(Cont.) subsidize any developers and felt the City should not pay, Fahey <br /> commented that the City would not do ~his £or any other deve].oper, <br />The Engineer commented that at the time the plat was appxoved there <br />were three entrances proposed and the ones on the south were not <br />feasible because there was no road, The location currently proposed <br />for an additional entrance is not one of those on the plat. It is <br />being proposed where there is some culvert loc~ted, That culvert <br />was installed by the City because the City had some extra pipe at <br />one time and it would have been more eacpensive to ship it back to <br />the £actory than to use it somewhere, <br />The Engineer reported that the pipe wi7.l cost the trailer park about <br />$16,000 i£ installed where the other culvert is located or about <br />~99ppp a,f installed in one o£ the other l.ocations. <br />Mrs. Sca].ze stated that she was not in favor of the City paying for <br />this pipe. <br />The Engineer reported that Mr, Vitale fe],t that this culvert carried <br />a lot of water £rom the rest of the City and that is why the City <br />should pay for a.t. The Engineer also added that if it were not <br />for the ditch near the trailer court~ there woul,d not be a trailer <br />court, <br />The Attorney reported that without the City paying for the pipe the <br />owners of the trailer park will not sign an agreement about putting <br />in an additiana7. entrance, <br />Mre Fahey suggested that the At~orney and Gng~.neer meet with the owtters <br />a,gain and infox~m them that the City would like them to install the <br />road voluntarily to a?roid the City having to take legal aotion.
