Nr. Ryan assumed <br /> the cost would be in the neighborhood of $15 ~000 to ~ib,ooo. <br />A~enda <br />Item No. 8 The I:ngineer reported that he has received a letter from Mr. F?yan~s <br /> attorney that unless the Ci.ty assesses both sides of the street, <br /> the assessment will b e appealed. <br />The Engineer reported that he drove the street and in his opinion its <br />condition was not that bad.
