MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 26, 1982 <br />Gervais There was no one present objecting to concept approval of the Gervais <br />Creek Office Creek Office ~uilding PUD. <br />BLdg. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adopCion: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-5-290 - APPROVING THE <br />CONCEPT OF TI~IE GERVAIS CREEK OPF~tCE BUILUING <br />PUU SUBJECT TO THE SETTLEM~NT OF TI~IE PARK <br />CHARGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Forsberg, Hanson, Scalze, P'ahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 242. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced Che following resol.ution and moved its adopti.on: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 8'L-5-291 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />STAFF TO PROCEEll WITH DRAWING UP TH~ PUD <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE GERVAIS CREEK OFFICE BUILllING <br />The foregoing resoLution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Forsberg, tlanson, Scalze, Pahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Besolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears i.n Resolution Bool< No. 8, Page 243. <br />Mrs. Scalze informed Mr. Krejci that the Parlcs Commission's next <br />meeting i.s scheduled for tomorrow evening. Mr. Krejci infor.med the <br />Council that he could not make this meeting, but could attend <br />their June meeting. <br />Jespersen Mayor Hanson opened the public hearing on the Jespersen subdivision. <br />P1at <br /> Mr. Morris Jespersen appearect before the Council. Mr. Jespersen <br />Agenda reported that he is requesting approval of a simple subdivision <br />Item No. 9 consisting of. 8 lots on North Paync Avenue. Mr. Jespersen reported <br /> that he has complied with all recommendaCions that have been put <br /> before him with rega rd to the subdivision request. <br />Mrs. Scalze asked Mr. Jespersen if he were willing to provide drainage <br />easements around the Lots. The Engineer stated that he has written a <br />letter recommending that there be a 10 foot drainage easement. <br />Mr. Jespersen stated that he did not have a problem complying with <br />anything that was necessary. <br />Mr. Hanson commented that the Yarlc Commission has recommended that <br />rhe nar',c charee be adhered to for this subdivision. <br />Page -14- <br />
