MINUTES CiCy Council May 26, 1982 Fl.ynn Mr. Fahey stated that he could not see the City's subsidizing 20% Proposal of the costs of improvements for one developer. Fahey stated that (Cont.) he was not in favor of public financing, but wouLd not have any probLems if the property were developed with private financing. Mr. Plynn asked if Mr. Petersen were convinced to go along with the development if Che City would be in favor of public financing. Mr. Fahey stated that he would be in favor in this case. Mr. Forsberg stated thal he would be in favor if the City's bonding experts gave it an O.K. Ordinance The City Attorney submitted to the Council proposed Ordinance No. 184 No. 184 dealing with increased Council salaries. Agenda Mrs. Scalze commented that she was not in favor of the increase Item No. l.8 because she did not like the built-in clause increasing the saLaries in 1984. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following ordinance and moved i.ts adoption: ORDINANCE N0. 184 - AMENUING SECTION 204.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TFIE CITY OF LITTLE CANAllA, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS The foregoi.ng ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes (4) Nar.dini, Forsberg, Hanson, Fahey. Nayes (1) Scalze. Ordi.nance declared adopted.
