Mr. Sweeney <br />stated that Deluxe must be served with a Prelimi.nary Notice of Intent <br />Agenda to Default 10 days beLore default. <br />Item No. 7 <br />Mr. Sweeney reported Chat he met with the surety and Deluxe and a <br />contractor that was interested in completin~ the project. Other <br />issues came up at the meeti.ng about. bills in dispute between Deluxe <br />and the subcontractors. <br />P4r. Sweeney reported tliat at this point the sur.ety wi11 put the <br />project out for. bid. The, obligation rests with the surety at this <br />point. <br />Tiling Of Mr.. Sweeney r.eported that [here is a problem wi.th filing the easemenC <br />liasement for. Improvement No< 81-5 on the property owned by the General Electric <br />Imp. 81-5 Pension Trust. Mr. Sweeney stated that it will talce about 5 to 10 <br />hours to get this accomplished. The General L'Lectri.c lacayers wi11 <br />Agenda be providing necessary documents. <br />T.tem No. 8 <br />The Attorney stated that if the easement is not filed it ~ai.l1 not be <br />enforceable on subsequent property o~oners unless the easement is <br />filed at the ti.me the property is so?d.
