This r.esolution appears in Resolution Book No. £3, Page 351, T2yan I3ond Roger Glanzer reported to [he Council that Mr. Ryan has compl.eted Release the work requested by Che City which includes overlay, sodding and seeding, dr.ive~aay cuts . Mr. Glanzer stated that the only work that Agenda remains is the sodding and seeding th at will be required afCer the Item No. 10 Ci.ty does iT.s work in the area. Mr. Tahey asked if the C:ity should retain a portion of Mr. Ryan's letter of credit to cover this work. Mr. Glanzer suggested that they do. The Pngineer reported that the worlc in the Ryan complex wi11 be the last work that tk~ City's contractor does. It will be about the middle of September before the City gets into this area, The City is first going down County Road fl-2 as there are people who are bui.lding houses i.n that area that are waiting f.or water. The Engi.neer recommended that the City witlihold $3,000 of T1r. Ryan's $28,000 bond to cover the cost of the worlc to be done.
