N0. 0425, D/P N0. 0032 <br />The foregoing resoluti.on was <luly seconded by Mr. Porsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, rorsberg, I~lanson, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in ResoluL'ion I3ook No. 8, Page 353, <br />Towing Mr. Hanson commented that the sample resolution that the Council has in <br />its agendas from the City of Shoreview is a matCer of infor.mation. <br />Agenda Hanson stated that the r.esolution the City recently passed reflected <br />Item No. 13 the intent of the Council and Mr. Hanson felt this resolution was <br />sati.sfactory. <br />Curbs On Mr. Forsberg reported that there are no curbs on County Road I3-2. <br />County Road Forsberg ±ndicated tha[ the County may be ~viliing to furnish the <br />li-Z crew and machine to i.nscall the curb if the City pays the cost of <br />the material. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 12 Mr. Itanson aslted if this would be a change-order to the watermai.n <br />project. <br />The Engineer reported that this is merely conversation at the moment, <br />Mr. Glanzer stated that it was not official yet~ Uut the County i.s <br />suggestting that it will bi11 the C:ity for the material. The work <br />coould not be a part of t:he cvatermain project. <br />14r. Porsberg commented that there is curb on one side. <br />The Engineer suggested that the City just w2it until it gets oflici.al <br />word irom the County. <br />The City C1erk aslced i.f [he ori.ginal hearing called for curbing. The <br />T'ngineer replied that this could be construed as street restoration. <br />Towing Mr. Mi.ke Lund of I'reeway Col.lision appeared before the Council. Mr. <br />(Cont.) Ltmd stated that he ~oould lilce to deny any previous insinuations of <br />payoff.s that were made to the Council.
