MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 25, 1982 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-433 - SCHEDULING A HEARING <br />FOR THE PROPOSEll THOROUGHFARE PLAN FOR THE <br />WOODLYN AV~. INDUSTRIAL PARK ON SEPTEMBER 22, <br />1982. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Re:solution Hook No. 8, Page 381. <br />Mr. Hanson directed the Planner to seek out the available <br />grants before the September 22 meeting. <br />Assessments Mr. Chlebeck announced that the assessment hearing scheduled for <br />Item No. 22 September S, 1982 is cancelled because the projects are not <br />completed enough to warrant an assessment. <br />Engineer Mr. Carley explained that Mr. Buche, 2602 Park, does not have <br />Item No. 23 a permanent water line and recommended that the Council take <br />care of this situation. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-8-434 - ACCEPTING MR. CARLEY'S <br />RECOMMENDATION TO PROVIDE A WATER SERVICE AND <br />WHATEVER ELSE IS NECSSSARY FOR MR. BUCHE SO <br />THAT HE CAN HAVE A LIVABLE DWELLING FOR THE <br />WINTER. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 382. <br />Dianna Lane Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Water adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-435 - CALLING FOR A <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR A WATER HEARING ON <br />DIANNA LANE PROM THE ENGINEER. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Nardini, SCalze, Fahey, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 383. <br />Page -8- <br />
