The
Planner stated that the lot is L-shaped. They would only be able to
count. the amount of actual street f.rontage. The Planner stated that
this could be counted now, but when the bui.lding is added on to
the signa~;e would have to be adjusted.
Mrs. Scalze asked what frontage the Ci.ty gives to Levitz. The Planner
stated that he was not sure, but thought C.he buildin~ abutted Country
Drive and Che freeway. Mrs. Scalze stated that she thought Levitz
ahouLd be counCed for two sides of street frontage.
Mr. f~rody stated tliat he thought Vi.king Partn~rship had about 100
feet of frontage on Viking Drive. The Pl.anner stated that there
would be about 210 feet of additi.onal signage £or the baclc of the
building.
Mr. Pahey stated chat 15% of the total of £~820 square feet would
be 1323 square Leet.
Mrs. Nardini stated that there is a two-story building planned on
the back of the Mall. so the per.centage would be greater when
this is actually built.
The C~ity Attorney commented that an ordinance is technically not
in ef.fect until it is published.
Page -5-
