Mr. Ringrose feLt the pipe would be ae an adequate <br />depth to provide for this type of use. <br />Kr. }lanson poi_nted out that the City's initi.al sewer project i.n 1965 <br />was at a cost of $3,000,000 when the C:ity's valuation was set at <br />:~1,000,000. Hanson also stated that the cost of the new i.nterceptor <br />l:ine will be reflecteci in the cost of sewer bi11s pai<1 by Che City <br />and passed on to the consumer. <br />Kr. Hanson aslced Mr.. Ringrose if the City should do anything about <br />instaLlation of the permanent surface on County Road F3-2. Mr. I3ingrose <br />stated that the City caould be malcing this deci.sion next spring. By <br />that ti.me the MWCC wi.ll l<now whether or not it has receivecl funding. <br />Mr. Forsberg aslced if the City has the opCion of saying that it does <br />not want Chis line through the City. Itowever, ehis gentleman felt that there <br />were other alternatives and aslced tliat the City be pr.esented with <br />these. <br />Mrs. Nardini poinCed out the White Bear sewer li.ne and commented that <br />Porest La1ce is located nortl~ of idhite Bear, Nardini. aslced why the I.IIdCC <br />does not tie in there. <br />Mr. P'ahey suggested that the City gi.ve tlie MWCC more ti.me to lool< inCo <br />the alternaCives and then present them to the Gity at a later date. <br />Mr. Ringrose sup,p,ested that he dig out past records and stuclies <br />to present to the Ci.ty and appear befor.e the Council in two weelcs, <br />In the meanCime he wouLd also lilce to meet ~oith the City staff. <br />Mr. Pahey su.p,~;ested thaC ~lr.
