MINUTES <br />Council Meeting <br />June 22, 1983 <br />Text Pursuant to Resolution No. 83-5-229, adopted on May 25, 1983, a <br />Fvnendment Public Hearing was held to consider amending Sec. 903.020 7, a; <br />Fences a, (3); and b, (1) of the Zoning Code of the Little Canada <br />Municipal Code to allow fences in R-1 districts to be 4 ft. in <br />height within the front yard. <br />Document presented was Notice of Publication, Paqe 9 of the <br />agenda. <br />All persons were given an opportunity to be heard concerning <br />this matiter. Objections - none. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-6-259 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON TFIF TEXT AMENDMENT <br />FOR FRONT YARD FENCES. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 301. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced Ordinance No. 211 and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-6-260 - ADOP'PING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 211 - AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 903.020. 7, a; <br />7, a, (3); and b, (1) OF THE <br />LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE <br />REGULATING FRONT YARD FENCING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberq, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 301. <br />Page 3 <br />
