MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 27, 1983 <br />Schrier The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />(cont.) Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 333. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that he believed any action at this time would be <br />premature because of so many questions T.o be answered concerning <br />the Planner's report and input is needed from the Fire Department <br />concerninq the height of the aparT,ment buildings. Mr. Licht will <br />look into this matter. <br />Mr. Schrier under the direction of his attorney, Mr. John Daubney, <br />appeared before the Council addressing T,he 16 issues summarized in <br />the Planner's report. He is willing to meet with the City Planner, <br />Attorney and Engineer, however, he would like to get a decision from <br />the Council or may qo back to square-one. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that the impact to the surrounding area could be <br />lessened by changing set-backs and not using the maximum use of this <br />property. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-295 - TABLING THE <br />NORTH SUBURBAN PROPOSAL UNTIL AUGUST 10, <br />1983. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 333. <br />Mr. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-299 - ACCEPTING <br />AND INIATING THE EAW PROCESS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resoluT,ion appears in Resolution Hook NO. 9, Page 333. <br />Page 3 <br />
