MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Ju1y 27, 1983 <br />Round Lake Pursuant to Sectiion 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing <br />Over-LOOk was held to consider the following proposal for the Round Lake Over- <br />Addition Look Additio n. <br />(Frattalone) <br /> The document presented was Notice of Publication, Page 21 of the <br /> agenda. All persons were given an opportunity to be heard con- <br /> cerning this matter. Objections - none. <br />Mr. Frattalone appeared before T.he Council presenting his revised <br />plans for the Round Lake Over-Look Addition. He has agreed to share <br />the cost of a fence with Mr. Schrier for a barrier. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO, 83-7-300 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ROUND LAKE <br />OVER-LOOK ADDITION. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 334. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved iT,s adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-301 - APPROVING THE <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE ROUND LAKE OVER- <br />LOOK ADDITION WITH THE STIPULATION THAT <br />THE PARK CHARGE BE $300 PER HOME AND SUB- <br />JECT TO THE PLAT CONFORMING TO THE REPORTS <br />OF THE ENGINEER AND PLANNER. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 334. <br />Ducharme Pursuant to 5ection 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing <br />Addition was held to consider the following proposal for the Gerald and Clara <br />Ducharme Addition. <br />The document presented was Notice of Publication, Page 31 of the <br />agenda.
