MINUTES City Council Ju1y 27, 1983 Round Lake Pursuant to Sectiion 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing Over-LOOk was held to consider the following proposal for the Round Lake Over- Addition Look Additio n. (Frattalone) The document presented was Notice of Publication, Page 21 of the agenda. All persons were given an opportunity to be heard con- cerning this matter. Objections - none. Mr. Frattalone appeared before T.he Council presenting his revised plans for the Round Lake Over-Look Addition. He has agreed to share the cost of a fence with Mr. Schrier for a barrier. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 83-7-300 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ROUND LAKE OVER-LOOK ADDITION. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 334. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved iT,s adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-301 - APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE ROUND LAKE OVER- LOOK ADDITION WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE PARK CHARGE BE $300 PER HOME AND SUB- JECT TO THE PLAT CONFORMING TO THE REPORTS OF THE ENGINEER AND PLANNER. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 334. Ducharme Pursuant to 5ection 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing Addition was held to consider the following proposal for the Gerald and Clara Ducharme Addition.
