The Planner stated <br />that a conditi.onal use permit is recordable against the title of the <br />property. <br />The PLanner pointed out thati the street which runs through the <br />properCy i.s a private one, Uut functions as a public street. <br />'Che Planner stated that the parlcing as propos~d caould be prohibited <br />on a public street.
