Stell.ick stated that he wil1. comply with any requ~.irements of <br />the City. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that f.rom looking at Mr. Stelli.ck's letter it <br />appears that he was 2slcing for direction. Fahey stated that he cannot compl.etely exonerate <br />Mr. Stelliclc. <br />Mre Stellick stated that he Icnew Mr, Locke was the Buil.di.ng <br />Inspector. regardless oL ~aho the letter was addressed to. <br />Mr. Licht pointed out: that a buildi.ng permit is only vaLid Eor 90 <br />days if constructi.on does not begi.n. 44r. Mr. flanson <br />rerommended that t=he Planner and I~uil.di.ng Inspector ~uorlc together <br />on this. <br />Mr.s> Nardi.ni stated that Mr. Locke followed t~e recommendations of <br />the CiCy Attorney in this matter. S~aeeney stated that the joU <br />was shut down because the worlc was Ueing done without a conditional <br />use permi.t. <br />P'ahey stated thaL Mr. Stellick did not 11ave 1=he approval of the Ci.ty <br />to do the worlc.
