Scalze stated that be£ore <br />any vacati.ng :i.s done, the matter should go to the Parlcs Commission, <br />nr. Hanson intr.oduced the f.ollowing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-10-505 - CLOSING THE PUI3LIC <br />HGARING ON TIIF, DAVE SdRIGHT REQUI'sST I'OR A SIDE <br />YARD SETBACK VARIANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded Uy Mrse Nardini, <br />Ayes (5) ttanson, Nardini, For.sberg, Pahey, Scala.e. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution I3ook No. 9, Page 550, <br />Mr, rorsberg introduced the following resol.ution and moved its acloption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. II3-LO-506 - APPROVING THE llAV~, <br />WRIGI~1'f SIDIs YARD SET IIACK VARIANCE <br />The for.egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nard:ini. <br />Ayes (4) Forsber~, Nardini, P'ahey, Hanson. <br />Nayes (1) ScaLz.e. <br />Resolution decl.ared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 13ook No. 9, Page 551, <br />Text Amendment The Planner reported that the Planning Commi.ssion dict not consider <br />SecCion 8 Of the amendment to Section 8 of. the 7.oninp, Code as they f.eel Chat <br />Zoning Code variances of this nature should be treated on a case-by-case basi.s. <br />Mr. Licht stated that under this pr.ocedure, the City woul.d have <br />Agenda difficulty saying no, The Ci.ty has more control with a text amendment, <br />Item No. F3 <br />Mr. Licht also reported that the City's ordinance is out-dated with <br />regard to convenience gas operations. <br />Mrs. Scalze aslced the cost of the amendment. The Pl.anner did not f.eel <br />it would be much as only minor modiEications are necessary. <br />Mrs. Nardi.ni feLt that the amendment was good and that it coverect <br />everything possi.ble. <br />Page -9- <br />
