MINUTES <br />City Council <br />January 25, 1984 <br />Text Pursuant to Section 922020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing <br />Amendment was held ~to adopt an Ordinance amending Sections of the Little Canada <br />Manufactured Zoning Ordinance per~taininq to Manufactured Housinq. <br />Homes <br />The document, presented was NoY.ice of Publication. No persons attended <br />to be heard in reference to this matter. <br />The Planner explained that Mr. Locke, Building Official has indicated <br />that the Blaine Ordinance is too restrich.ive. The Planning Commission <br />will noF, take action on this amendment unT.il they have a full expla- <br />nation from the Building Official. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 84-1-38 - CLOSING THr <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MANUFACTURED HOMES <br />TEXT AMENDMENT. <br />The foregoing resolut.ion was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resoluY.ion appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Page 45. <br />Nlrs. Nardini introduced the Following resolution and moved it.s adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-1-39 - RE-REF~RRING THIS <br />ORDINANCE TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND <br />REQUESTING THAT THF,Y DBAL WITH THE SUILDING <br />OFFICIAL AND PERHAPS REVIEW THE MAPLEWOOD <br />ORDINANCE. <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Page 45. <br />Behr hlr. Donald Behr appeared before the Council regarding the assessments <br />Park St. on his lot on Park St. Mr. Behr's lot was assessed for 131 ft. The <br />AssessmenY section map indicates th at only 101 feet abuts Park SY. The assess- <br /> ment appears to include 30 ft. from Lake St. as if i~t were vacated. <br /> Mr. Behr s~tated that, if he was goinq to be assessed for the property <br /> he would like t.o have a deed for it. <br />The Council discussed The assessment wiT.h the Ehgineer. At the time <br />of the assessment hearing, it was assumed that Lake St. would be <br />vacated because of the overflow and pond in this area. <br />page 3 <br />
