MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Sanuary 25, 1984 <br />Collova Mr. Collova appeared before the Council with regard to his purchase <br />Property offer for the City property on Demont. <br />on Demont <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved it,s adopT.ion: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-1-42 - BRINGING TO TABLE <br />COLLOVA'S OFFER FOR CITY PROPERTY ON DEMONT. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopt,ed. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Page 48. <br />The Council discussed Section 303 of t,he City Code regarding the <br />moving of buildings. Mr.Collova understands that a conditional <br />use permit and a bond wi11 be required. <br />The Council then discussed the purchase agreement with the Attorney <br />and the Planner. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 84-1-43 - ACCEPTING MR. <br />COLLOVA'S OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY <br />PROPERTY ON DEMONT - PARCEL NO. <br />53-55200-151-01. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopY.ed. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Page 48. <br />Mr. Collova presented the Council with a retainer check for the <br />property. He was advised to attend the Planning Commission <br />Meeting on February 9, 1984 and the Council MeeYinq on February <br />22, 1984. <br />Krejci No one appeared at the Council Meeting concerning this matter. <br />Day Care <br />Mastell & Mrs. Dave Mastell and Mrs. Dan Nicol appeared before the Council <br />Nicol concerning the unpaid claim made to the City of Little Canada with <br />regard to the sewage backup in their basements which occurred in <br />July, 1983. They are willing to negoYiage with an arbitrator, <br />but feel they are fair in expecting the full amount of their claims. <br />Page 5 <br />
