MzNU•rrs Ciry Council March 14, 1984 Vacati.on Of Lake Street (Cont.) Mr. F3ehr asked if. the City vacated the street if he had to accept it. Mrs. Nardini stated that the Ci.ty only has a road easement over the property and Mr. Sehr already owns the property. Mrs. Scalze aslced if. Mr. Behr's taxes would appreciabl.y chanp,e with the addition of this property. The Engi.neer d:id not feel that Mr. i3ehr's taxes woul.d change. Mrs. Nardini introduced the fol.lowin~ resolution and moved its adopti.on: RESOLUTION N0. 8~r3-97 - CLOSING TIIE YUI3LIC HFARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OT' LAKE uTREET FROM RICE STREET TO PARK STREET The foregoing resoluti.on ~vas duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze.
