Ms. SCe ll.ick <br />reported Cliat. she wanted to put some {;arland up on the Market Place <br />and was intormed that thi.s would be countc~d a, part of: Che si.p,na~;e, <br />Mrs. Scalze disagreed with t:his. <br />Mr. Fahey fel.t that the Planner should defi.ne holiday sign and the <br />length of time a holiday sign shoul.d be up. <br />Mrs. Scal.ze stated that the City cannot get into rel.igi.ous hol.i.days <br />and, therefore, East:er would not be included as a hol.iday.
