'I.'he Planner <br />stated that thi.s is the intent of the present ordi.nance. A holi.day <br />sign would be, for example, a banner across the road. <br />Y1r. Quir.in asked if a Christmas tree in £ront of a buildi.ng w~s <br />considered a hol.iday sign.
