Pahey pointed out Chat Che CiCy needs four votes to change the <br />current or.di.nance and rhere are only three Counci.lmember, present. <br />Fahey f:elt that the three Council.members present shoul.d work out <br />a compromi.se. <br />Nardi.nt. pointed out. that the r4arlcet Place coulcl be allowed 510 days <br />per year of temporary signs under the 10 day, three times per year <br />proposal. <br />The Planner stated that some cities do not allocv i:emporary si~;ns <br />at all. <br />P4r.
