MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 22, 1984 <br />Tereau Pursuant to Section 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public <br />Variance & Hearing was held to consider Che Variance and Lot Split for <br />Lot Split Joseph Tereau, 30 East Little Canada Road. <br />Mr. Hanson opened the Hearing presenting the Notice of Hearing <br />and the mailing list. <br />Mr. Tereau appeared before the Council requesting a lot split <br />and variance. He questioned why he had water and sewer stubs <br />on this property if it is not buildable. <br />The Planning Commission denied the request with a vote of 7-0. <br />The Council decided that the variance was not justified because <br />of. the size of the lots. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE;SOLUTION NO. 84-8-373 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE JOSF.PH TEREAU <br />VARIANCE AND LOT SPLIT <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seco~ded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 392. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-374 - DENYING THE <br />JOSEPH TEREAU VARIANCE AND LOT SPLIT <br />REQUEST DUE TO THF. SMALL SIZE OF THE <br />LOT WHICH DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE CITY <br />STANDARD SIZE OF A LOT. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 392. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-375 - GRANTING MR. <br />TEREAU A REFUND FOR ALL CHARGES CONNECTED <br />TO THE SEWER AND WATER STUBS ON HIS <br />PROP~RTY SINCP WE ARE DENYING HIS RF.QUEST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 393. <br />Page 3 <br />
