This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 395. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-378 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A RESIDENTIAL GARAGE IN A B-3 DISTRICT TO MR. EDWARD BERGLUND UPON REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING SHED WITHIN THREE MONTHS. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 396. Lot Size in A Hearing was held in reference to a Text Amendment reqarding R-2 District Lot Size in an R-2 District. The Planning Commission recommended by a 7-1 vote to consider a duplex lot in an R-2 DistricL at 12,500 square feet rather than 15,000 square feet. The Council discussed the Text Amendment with reference to the increasing of lot sizes for an R-2 District from 10,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet. They decided that further study was neces- sary before actiny on this amendment. Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-379 - TABLING THE TEXT AMENDMENT IN REFERENCE TO LOT SIZE IN AN R-2 DISTRICT. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 397. R& S On May 23, 1984 a Public Hearing was held concerning the R& S CUP proposal regarding the storage of cars on their property.
