MINUTES City Council August 22, 1984 R& S Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: (Cont.) RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-380 - BRINGING TO TABLE THE R& S CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberq. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 398. Mrs. Scalze questioned whether the Planninq Commission felt that out door storage would be the same as a salvage yard. In attendance were Mr. DeLonais and Mrs. Kingsbury, m~mbers oi the Planning Commission. This subject was discussed with them. Mr. Licht stated that it is an acceptable use and complies with the ordinance. The Council also discussed the request for a road easement to South Owasso Blvd. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-381 - SENDING THE R& S CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BACK TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THEIR DETERMIN- ATZON WHETHER OR NOT THEY FEEL THAT THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT SFIOULD B~ GRANTL;D FOR AN AUTO SALVAGE YARD AND SPECIFICALLY LOOK AT THE PROCEDURES IN 921.010, SECTION C~ 2& 4, AND ALSO SEND THEM COPIES OF THE FIVE ALTERNATIVES FOR SOLVING OF THE DEAD END ROAD ISSOE FOR THEIR RECOMMENDFI- TION. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted.
