MINUTES CITY COUNCIL, DECEMBER 18, 2024 There were no comments from the public. Upon motion by D. Miller, seconded by Gutierrez, the public hearing was closed. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Motion adopted. Mayor Fischer asked what would happen at the five-year period. The Community Development Director commented that a business could reapply, but noted that a cannabis business IUP time period would be tied to the license for that business rather than a specific time period. Kwapick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2024-12-148 — ADOPTING ORDINANCE 906 TO ALLOW THE APPLICATIONAND REVIEW OF INTERIM USE PERMITS AND APPROVING A S UMMA R Y P UBLICA TION OF THE ORDINANCE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by D.
