The Attorney <br />repor.ted that the City should determine if these pos~itions fa11 <br />into the exempt classifications. <br />Mr. Blesener replied that therc, ~aas a question as Mr.. Glanzer's <br />position is that of. a working superi.ntiendent. <br />The Attorney suggested that these positions be run through the tests <br />for the law. It was sup,gesCed that the Attorney do this and report <br />back. <br />Mr. Alesener introduced the f.ollocoing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />E2ESOLUTION N0.
