Section 1501.060 caas eliminated and combi.ned with Secti.on <br />1501.050 and enti.tled I2eports And Issuance Of Yerrnit. <br />The ptlrase "for approval" ~aas added to the end of: paragraph (a). <br />Paragrz~ph (b) was clarified to read that the Ci.ty Counci.l sha11 approve <br />appli.cation, for more tl~an 100 cubic yards.
