Pahey pointed out that StrohUeen could decide that the <br />property is not needed for parlcing and se11 it to a fast-food operati.on. <br />The Building Inspector pointed out that Mr. Strohbeen is planning to <br />add on to his buil.ding and will need additional parlcing. 'The property <br />could not be sold as it is needed for parking at his business. <br />The Planner suggested that the Council require Strohbeen to combine the <br />properry. The City Clerk poi.nted out that the property is already <br />combined, but the zoning Line runs doo~n the middle of the property. <br />The Planner stated that i.f. the property is combined, then Strohbeen <br />need only apply for a zoning district boundary line appeal. Srrohbeen <br />would have to come back before the Council if he ever wantec! to divide <br />the Lots. <br />Scalze pointed out that StrohUeen wouLd have to comply with the setbacks <br />to surrounciing R-1 property. <br />Page -10- <br />
