Mr. f3lesener poinCed out that McDonalds <br />wanted an extremely high sign so that it coul.d be seen f.r.om tli.ghway 36. <br />McDonalcts di.d not have access to H:ighway 36. lllesener pointed out that <br />in the Minnesota ilini-Storage case, Chey are requesting an identiLication <br />si.~;n listing the names oE their tenants, <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that Che mini-storage also has a billboarcl on <br />Che premises< Mr< Nubbar.d of Mi.nnesota i9ini-Storage reported that the <br />bi116oard was a condition of. his purchase of. the property.
