Pahey pointed out that there is area that the CiCy does not <br />know how it w:i.ll develop and the City would be short-sig,h[ed to vacate <br />Condi.t Street. <br />Mr. Dulcowitz stated t:hat the area i.s onLy 30 feet wi.de an~( currently a <br />catch-all for debree< Mr. Pahey commented that Mr. Dul<owitz could <br />maintain the easement anct treat the property as his o~one If the City <br />vacated the property and then needed Co put a road in the future, the <br />City would end up paying for the easement. <br />Nardini stated to Uulcowi.tz that the easemenC is Che same as a boulevard. <br />llulcowitz could maintain the property and treat iC as his own and then <br />people would probably not dump on i.t. <br />Page -4- <br />
