MINOTES <br />City Council <br />Oct. 23, 1985 <br />Little Canada Scalze felt that the City should come up with a good reason why it <br />Road Bridge needs the 11 feet from Mrs. Freeman. <br />Project <br />(Cont.) Mr. Blesener asked if the right-of-way easements changed when the <br /> City said that a bike path and sidewalk would be nice. The Attorney <br /> replied that it did. <br /> The Attorney suggested that he and the Engineer analyze the effect <br /> of the easements on the various properties. Mr. Fahey agreed. <br />Utility Mr. Blesener asked if the City should get South Country Drive ready <br />Report for bidding in order that it can be d one at the same time the bridge <br /> project is d one. The Eng ineer stated that the State will do their <br />Agenda work in the area and the City should do their's immediately afterwards. <br />Item No. 18 <br /> Mr. Blesener stated that Mr. Glanzer felt it should be done at the <br /> same time. The Engineer stated that he would look at it. <br />B-2 Lift Mr. Blesener asked when the B-2 lift station would be taken care of. <br />Station The Engineer replied that nothing can be done with the lift station <br />until the final hook-ups are made to the interceptor line. That <br />Agenda wi11 probably take place next summer. <br />Addition <br />Keller Mr. Blesener suggested that the City be surveyed for those areas that <br />Parkway are not watered and see if there are any other areas interested in <br />Water water that could be taken care of at the same time that Keller Parkway <br />is. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Mr. Fahey felt that if people want water they should come in and request <br />it. Fahey pointed out that the City spent a lot of money on feasibility <br />reports for Viking Drive and then the people did not want the water. <br />Fahey suggested that a notice could be put in sewer bills that the <br />City is contemplating water on Ke11er Parkway and would look at any <br />other areas where the residents might be interested. <br />Street Mr. Blesener pointed out that the Utility Department is working on <br />Lighting a street lighting policy for the City and this wi11 probably be <br />submitted to the Council for their next meeting. <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Blesener also indicated that the Ramsey Capital Improvements Program <br />looked fine. <br />Page -25- <br />
