MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Nov. 13, 1985 <br />Cardinal/ The City Clerk pointed out that the original public hearing on this <br />Rutzick proposal did not include the Winter property. Another public hearing <br />Proposal would have to be held for any rezoning of the back portion of the <br />(Cont.) Winter property. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-534 - CALLIPIG FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON DECEMBER 11, 1985 ON THE REZONING OF <br />THE WINTER PROPERTIES, EXCLUDING THE 41EST 384 <br />FEET, THE PROPERTY TO BE REZONED WILL BE COP~BINED <br />WITH THE CARDINAL/RUTZICK PROPOSAL AND TFIE HEARING <br />WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE PROPOSED PUD AGREEMENT AND/ <br />OR SUBDIVISION OF TFIE PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Nardini, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nayes (1) Scalze. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 562. <br />The City Clerk reported that Mr. Waite will present his proposal <br />at the November 26 Council meeting. Fahey suggested that it be <br />postponed until the December 11 meeting so that ldaite can go to the <br />Planning Commission first. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 8:50 P.P1., Council took a short recess. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 8:59 P.M. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIO~I N0. 85-11-535 - AMEPIDING RESOLUTION <br />N0. 85-11-533 TO INCLUDE AS AN .ADDITIONAL CONDITION <br />THAT THE DEVELOPERS WILL CONSTRUCT A SUITABLE <br />PRIVACY FENCE ALONG THE SOUTNERNP~OPERTY LINE OF <br />THE DEVELOPMENT ADJACENT TO I0~lA L4PdE WHEN <br />REQUFSTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL IF TH~ COUNCIL FFELS THAT <br />CONDITIONS WARRANT IT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. 5lesener. <br />Ayes (51 Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Nardini, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution.appears in Resolution Book No.l2, Page 563. <br />Page -10- <br />
