MINUTES City Council Nov. 13, 1985 Cardinal/ The City Clerk pointed out that the original public hearing on this Rutzick proposal did not include the Winter property. Another public hearing Proposal would have to be held for any rezoning of the back portion of the (Cont.) Winter property. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-534 - CALLIPIG FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON DECEMBER 11, 1985 ON THE REZONING OF THE WINTER PROPERTIES, EXCLUDING THE 41EST 384 FEET, THE PROPERTY TO BE REZONED WILL BE COP~BINED WITH THE CARDINAL/RUTZICK PROPOSAL AND TFIE HEARING WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE PROPOSED PUD AGREEMENT AND/ OR SUBDIVISION OF TFIE PROPERTY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. Ayes (4) Blesener, Nardini, Fahey, Collova. Nayes (1) Scalze. Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 562. The City Clerk reported that Mr. Waite will present his proposal at the November 26 Council meeting. Fahey suggested that it be postponed until the December 11 meeting so that ldaite can go to the Planning Commission first. Recess At this point in the meeting, 8:50 P.P1., Council took a short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 8:59 P.M. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIO~I N0. 85-11-535 - AMEPIDING RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-533 TO INCLUDE AS AN .ADDITIONAL CONDITION THAT THE DEVELOPERS WILL CONSTRUCT A SUITABLE PRIVACY FENCE ALONG THE SOUTNERNP~OPERTY LINE OF THE DEVELOPMENT ADJACENT TO I0~lA L4PdE WHEN REQUFSTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL IF TH~ COUNCIL FFELS THAT CONDITIONS WARRANT IT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. 5lesener.
