MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Nov. 13, 1985 <br />P4oratorium Mr. Schrier requested that the moratorium on his property be lifted as <br />On Sylvan it appears that the Council will approve access to the Steneroden <br />Street property from Rice Street. <br />Agenda Mr. Blesener stated that he did not want to lift the moratorium as <br />Addition he did not want to close off any options to the City at this point. <br />P~rs. Scalze stated that she would not be in favor of this option in any <br />event. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-436 - LIFTING THE MORATORIUM <br />ON THE SCHRIER PROPERTY ON SYLVAN STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, ~ardini, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nayes (1) Blesener. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 564. <br />Thunder Bay Mr. Frank Frattalone appeared before the Council requesting approval <br />Final Plat of the Thunder Bay final plat. An attorney for Mr. Frattalone explained <br /> that there is a slight variation in the plat from the last one that the <br />4genda Council reviewed and explained that the reason for this is that part of <br />, <br />Item No. 6 the property is Torrens and the Register of Deeds is requesting this <br /> change. <br /> Sralze was concerned that if part of the property being designated <br />Mrs <br /> . <br />as an outlot is to be a street if there will be a problem in the future. <br /> The Engineer replied that part of an outlot can be dedicated as a <br /> street and that this is done all the time. <br /> The City Attorney suggested that the Council waive the requirement of <br /> the Planning Commission's review as the variation is slight. The <br /> Attorney also requested that he review the plat. <br /> P1s. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-437 - APPROVING THE THUNDER <br />BAY FINAL PLAT SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY TNE CITY ATTORNEY <br />AND WAIVING THE REVIEW OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DUE TO TNE MINOR VARIATION IN THE PLAT FROM WHAT WAS <br />PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED <br />( Cler.k°s Exk~zbiC no, H5•~16-) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) ~lardini, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resoution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, page 565. <br />Page -11- <br />
