DIINUTES City Council Nov. 13, 1985 Rossow Dealer Mr. Rossow stated that he has every intention of being the best looking License facility in the park. (Cont.) Mr.Rossow stated that he would have no objection to a limitation of four inoperable buses on the premises. Rossow reported that he has 41 buses total. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION P10. 85-11-441 - APPROVING A BUS DEALER LICENSE FOR ROSSOW, INC. UPON THE CONDITION THAT THERE ARE NO MORE THAN FOUR UNLICENSED AND/OR INOPFRABLE VEHICLES STORED ON TNE PREMISES The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P4r. Collova. Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Nardini, Blesener. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 569. Gambling The Midway Lions Club, Inc. has applied for a gambling license for License their gold plat dinner that they will be holding at the Venetian Inn. Midway Lions Nardini pointed out that th is is a one-time event. Club Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Agenda Item No. 12 RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-442 - APPROVING A GAMBLING LICENSE FOR THE MIDWAY LIONS CLUB, INC. FOR THEIR GOLD PLATE DINNER TO BE HELD AT THE VENETIAN INN The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Ayes (5) Nardini, ColTova, Scalze, Fahey, Blesener. Nayes (0).
