MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Mov. 13, 1985 <br />St. Jude's Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Reimbursement <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-444 - APPROVING THE <br />Agenda REIMBURSEMENT OF ST. JUDE'S MEDICAL IN TNE <br />Item No. 14 AMOUNT OF $7,267.26 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book ~lo. 12, Page 572. <br />Brady's Ms. Nardini reported that there have been complaints on noise from <br />Brady's. Nardini reported that she has requested that the Sheriff's <br />Flgenda Department patrol Brady's regularly. Also, there are a couple of <br />Item No. 15 doors on the south side of the building which have been left open on <br />occasion causing noise to disturb the neighbors. Mr. Tulgren has <br />agreed to seal these doors off and put some doors on the other side <br />of the building. This will be done according to fire code and will <br />be inspected by the Quilding Inspector. <br />Ms. Nardini reported that after Brady's makes sure the parking lot <br />is cleared at night and they leave the premises, some cars have been <br />preturning. oNardini reported that the Sheriff's Department will patrol <br />ocorrection the lot and get it cleared out. <br />res. 85-11-549 ~ cars may be returning after the employee have lef't t~~ ~1~ <br />P4rs. Scalze stated that she did not see that t~iis was a pr ~le ~'the <br />Sheriff's Department. Nardini pointed out that cars are returning after <br />the employees have left the building. <br />Blesener agreed that if the Sheriff's Department drives through the <br />lot every hour or so, this should take care of the problem. <br />Nardini felt that a letter should be directed to the Sheriff's Department <br />requesting that this be done. Mr. Fahey directed the City Clerk to do so. <br />Planner & Mr. Fahey reported that he and the City Clerk will get together and <br />Building put on paper the duties that the Council wishes performed by the <br />Inspector policylstatemena shouBd~be~readysbyCthe nexthCoun~mlemeeaing~t this <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 15 <br />Street ~1r. t~lesener asked if the City Council wanted to approve all street <br />Lighting lights or just those that do not follow City policy. Blesener also <br />Policy suggested that the Council might want to act on special cases, for <br />example, if the Public Works Superintendent wanted to remove existing <br />Agenda lights. <br />Item No. 17 <br />Page -17- <br />
