MINUTES City Council April 23, 1986 Valento Mr. Fahey reported that his preference was to have a road out to Property LaBore Road. Fahey suggested that Valento come back to the Council (Cont.) when he had some more definite plans. Aspen Mr. Fahey opened the public hearing on the Aspen Grove Addition Grove Addition proposal for 38 single family homes. Fahey reported that Mr. Goff, the developer, failed to appear at the Planning Commission Agenda meeting and, therefore, the Planning Commission did not act on Item No. 8 the proposal. Fahey suggested that the Council table action until it receives a Commission. hold the public hearing, but recommendation from the Planning Fahey pointed out that the proposal was consistent with what the Council indicated to Mr. Goff that it would like to see. Al1 City ordinances have been met. Mrs. Scalze asked who would own Outlot A. Mr. Pat Goff, developer, replied that if the City wishes, this area could be dedicated for park land. Otherwise if the City does not want the property, he would plat to the edge of it. Scalze reported that the Park Commission has recommended that Outlot A and the triangular piece be dedicated as Goff's park dedication fee, and no cash would be collected on the homes. Scalze reported that the ponding on the property could remain, but it may have to be relocated to accommodate a trail system through the property. P1r. 6off stated that he was agreeable. Scalze asked who would construct the pond. Mr. Goff replied that he would. Scalze asked about the slope. Goff replied that he was waiting for word from NSP on what they would like. Scalze reported that a deep hole might not be acceptable to the City. Goff reported that he is flexible from a swail to whatever type of pond the City might request. Mr. Fahey suggested that the Engineer look into this matter. There was no one else from the audience wishing to speak on this request. Page -10-
