MINUTES <br />City Council <br />April 23, 1986 <br />Aspen Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Grove <br />Addition RESOLUTION N0. 86-4-156 - CLOSING THE <br />(Cont.l PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASPEN GROVE ADDITION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1s. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Plardini, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 158. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-4-157 - TABLING ACTION <br />ON THE ASPEN GROVF ADDITION PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Dlesener, Collova, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 159. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 8:56 P.M., Council tool< a short recess. <br />The meetin~ ~vas reconvened at 9:~4 P.M. <br />Sophie/ S;;alze reported that the Public Works Superintendent has suggested <br />Peterson leaving two lots empty at the end of the cul-de-sac of the Sophie- <br />Plat Peterson plat. In this way, if the City ever decided the road <br />should go through it could. <br />It was the concensus of the Council that the plat should remain <br />as approved with no restriction on the lots on the cul-de-sac. <br />Bingo Fahey pointed out that at the April 9, 1986 Council meeting the <br />License City approved a Class A Gambling License for eight charitable <br />Tom Short organizations to operate bingo, provided the Planner studied <br />the parking facilities and found them to be acceptable. <br />A~,E~nda <br />Item No. 9 Mr. Tom Short, property owner of the property proposed for use as <br />a bingo hall, reported that he ;just received the Planner's report <br />and has not had an opportunity to study it. <br />Page -11- <br />
