P1I NUTES <br />City Council <br />April 23, 1986 <br />Sophie/ <br />Peterson <br />Plat <br />(Cont.) <br />Scalze asked if the City should retain access in Sophie/Peterson <br />plat to this area. <br />Fahey suggested that this issue be addressed when the Valento <br />property develops. <br />Council suggested that access could also come from Thunder f3ay <br />Road. <br />Mr.Don Valento indicated that he believedthe lots on the Thunder <br />Bay Road cul-de-sac were all sold. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-4-154 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC <br />NEARING ON THE SOPHIE-PETERSON PLAT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 155. <br />Mr. Collova indicated that he agreed with Public Works that the <br />street should go through to County Road D. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-4-155 - APPROVING THE <br />SOPHIE/PETERSOPI PRELIMINARY PLAT AS PRESENTED <br />TO THE COUNCIL SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF TNE CITY PLANNER AND bJITH THE 325 FOOT PARK <br />DEDICATION FROP4 PJORTH TO SOUTH AND ACCESS TO <br />THE PARK [3Y BLACKTOP AS PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT, <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE ENGINEER'S RECOMMENDATION AS <br />TO THE STREET NAME <br />Nays (1) Collova. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Pages 156 and 157. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Nardini. <br />Valento Mr. Don Valento reported that he and some other property owners <br />Property in this same area are getting togethe r to try t o put a development <br /> proposal together for their property. Valento gave a brief outline <br />Agenda of what is being considered.
