Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-185 - ESTABLISHING A COP9MITTEE OF KATHY TIPLER, A5 CHAIRMAN, JOSEPH CHLEBECK AND ROGER GLANZER ON SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE COMMITTEE TO APPLY FOR FUNDING AVAILABLE IN THIS AREA The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 1II3. Mrs. Scalze reported that in other communities, garbage haulers have formed these committees. One of the things they are doing is limiting the number of garbage trucks on a street due to the wear on the streets. Assessment The Engineer reported that the assessment reapportionment for Reapportion- Division No. 59977, for the widening of Rice Street, was routine. ment Div. The Engineer reported that the City only received one bid for B-2 Lift the replacement of the County Road B-2 lift station and at the Station request of the bidder, the bid was not opened.
