MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 14, 1986 <br />Mosted Mr. Fahey suggested that the City Attorney contact Mrs. Mosted <br />Property regarding her property and that he be prepared to report at the <br />May 2B, 1986 Council meeting. <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />County Ms. Nardini requested that Lametti Construction be contacted <br />Road B-2 regarding the status of County Road B-2. <br />l~qenda Scalze also pointed out that the trails in the park have not yet <br />Item No. 13 been replaced and the bank along the ditch is eroding and this <br />needs to be repaired. <br />The City Engineer reported that he would write a letter to Lametti <br />Construction with a copy to the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission as well as the Council. <br />Mr. Collova felt that the Building Inspector should be involved <br />in the inspection of this work when it is completed. <br />Picket Mr. Blesener reported that Mr. Picket of 521 Schletty Drive has <br />Water requested that he be allowed to connect to City water on Little <br />Connection Canada Road. Two other homes in this area are connected to <br />Little water on Little Canada Road. <br />Canada <br />Road The Engineer reported that when the other homes were allowed to <br /> connect they were required to agree to be assessed when water <br />Agenda went in on Schletty Drive and also to be in agreement with such <br />Item No. 15 an improvement. <br /> The City Clerk reported that the title company required in these <br /> two previous cases that money be escrowed for any future <br /> assessment. This amount was determined by the City Engineer <br /> based on the cost of the watermain on Little Canada Road. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-189 - APPROVING TNE <br />PICKET WATER CONNECTION TO LITTLE CANADA <br />ROAD ON TNE SAME BASIS THAT TWO PREVIOUS <br />CONNECTIONS WERE APPROVED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 187. <br />Page -21- <br />
