The firm has purchased the property <br />contingent upon concept approval. The principle business that <br />Agenda v~ould occupy the building would be a graphic arts business svith <br />Item Alo> 10 10 employeFS, while thc remainder of the building l~ould be <br />rented out. Fls the principle business grows, they 4•~oulci then <br />occupy the remaind.er of tii2 buitding. <br />Scalze oointed out that there is another piece of property adjacent <br />to the one !+ir. ICennedy is discussing. Scalze asked if Executeam <br />might be interested in purchasing this property as atell and <br />building a larger building ~•iith the assistance of tax increment <br />financing. <br />ICennedy stated that h2 viould have to consider this. hlov+ever, <br />Kennedy stated that he t•~ould li'~ce to go ahead edith the development <br />1s proposed and not have the development made contingent upon <br />the purchase of the adjacent property> <br />Fahey pointed out that the proposal meets City Code. <br />P1r. Collova fe1t that the development looked good. <br />The Planner pointed out that if tax incrernent financing may be <br />involved, this area s•~ould have to be put in a development district. <br />The llttorney pointecl out that the pronerty is ~•~ithin the realignment <br />of Little Canada Road, and suggested that Kennedy chec!c this out. <br />Page -13- <br />
